Suggested Uses

As a fast dry high gloss topcoat over the following primers.
2I.3.70121 2K Grey Epoxy Primer, 6I.4.70133 2K Acrylic Primer, 7I.2.70121 1K Nitro Resistant Primer. On steel, Coachwork (Buses)
work panel trucks, frames, trailers, and wood where:

• Excellent gloss and fast dry is required.

• Excellent in high production arenas.

• Excellent performance when applied with airless, air-assist airless

      pressure pot, cup gun. Can be applied by brush or roller.

Components

• 7D.1.K1 Base

• 0G.005 Synthetic Reducer for Quick Dry Enamel

• 0G.002 Nitro Reducer Standard

• 0A.014 *Optional Hardener

Mixing Ratio
Mix:             Base is Ready for use by adding 10%-20% Reducer from above.
                   *Optional, to enhance gloss retention, durability and performance 0A.014 Hardener can                       be added up to 10%.

Application
Apply:         Two medium wet coats, allow 10-20 minutes flash between coats.
                   Or apply one medium light coat followed by a medium cross coat.

Spray Gun:   HVLP Gravity Feed – 1.4 – 1.7mm tip and needle
                    Pressure Pot HVLP – 1.0 – 1.1mm tip and needle
                    Air Assist Airless - 1.0 – 1.1mm tip and needle
                    Conventional – 1.4 – 1.7mm tip and needle
                    Airless - 310 – 610 – 312 – 612 nozzle
 

Film

Film Build:    30-40 microns – (1.1 – 1.5 mils.)
