All users should register to the online color retrieval and then wait for our approval. 

We will send them a temporary password within 1 day which will only be valid for 3 days. Please note that they will not be able to access the online color retrieval unless we send them the temporary password.

In the meantime, we will wait for your approval to give them permanent access.

 

Please note that subtitles should be enabled.
